I have been using Jamie for 2 years on a weekly basis. It’s the best thing I’ve done toward my fitness goals. I would never have achieved so much in a regular gym.
Jamie’s sessions are structured and progressive and I can’t believe how much progress I’ve made during the time. I saw the progress within weeks and have never looked back.

Adam came to me on what seems looking back an impulse decision. He had driven past intrigued a few times but said that one day he just decided to give us a call. He’s mentioned to me before that it was fate but I don’t believe in that. Whether or not he realised it deep down he wanted change and that’s why he asked for help. Adam was another client who came with little nutritional and training knowledge and this has been where we devoted our time. A Keane walker we pushed Adam past his comfort zones over and over again, his fitness achievements for his age and from a none training background are remarkable. He’s fully aware he still has work to do and knowledge to gain but he knows how far he has come and I look forward to seeing him progress in the future.

Sharon came to me very shy and timid, quite low on confidence and unsure on what she wanted to achieve. The initial stages where a very basic introduction to exercise and training methods in a very general form as well as a constant and very simple overhaul of diet and nutrition. This has been modified and adapted many times over 2 years where we now lift some serious weight regularly. I can honestly say the difference in Sharon is one of my proudest achievements. Over the two years I have come to know her and her family well and the change in her is job satisfaction at its best. Not only the physical changes dropping nearly 20kg from a naturally small frame and the small matter of squatting and deadlifting over 1 1/4 x her body weight but the confidence she now has to go Out in the world and challenge herself and her young family with new experiences. I hope I can claim just 1% credit for that.
